Vidya recently spoke about how food is preserved in her village. She explained the construction of a fridge that works without electricity. She did some exhaustive research in the field, and presented a seminar on the same. She also spoke about how food can be kept cold or hot for a long time with local household methods, a technique practised in India for thousands of years. Watch the video below-
