Homeopathy is a relatively new form of medicine. It was developed in Germany and is one of the most popular forms of medicines practised in India. Homeopathy medicines are mineral extract from plants and animals which are diluted successively. A 1C medicine is one part of mineral extract diluted with 100 parts of solvent (water/ sugar/ alcohol). 2C medicine is one part of 1C medicine in 100 parts of solvent. This goes up to 200C and even more for some medicines. The higher the potency, the better the medicine is considered to be! So effectively, a strong homeopathy medicine is nothing but water!
Homeopaths strongly believe in diagnosing their patients. Everything about the patient matters and may change the course of their treatment. These magicians know that human body in itself is capable of fighting any disease and all they do is give them a push. Compare this with allopathy, where doctor meets the patient for one minute and prescribes him a series of medicines, thus weakening him further, and making him dependent on foreign agents.
