Immediately after starting this blog I had decided to purchase this domain on my name and launch this website as souravroy.com. Everything was just fine. In the online form, after filling in all the details, the message displayed that “Address line 1 too long. Transaction failed.” I tried the same thing twice and still the same message. I can’t access the page where I can edit the credit card details.
To add to my trouble, I have received 3 successive mails from wordpress that say that the account transaction is successful. I checked the account and the three transactions are under process. Consequences? Huh! The website is not launched yet. I’m on the verge of loosing a considerable amount of money. Oh this is preposterous! I’ve failed myself! I have failed my readers! But above all I’ve failed the trust of my friend’s mother (who is no less than my own mother to me) who helped me by sharing her credit card details. This is just not done!
HOW CAN I BE CHARGED THRICE FOR A TRANSACTION THAT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL!!! THE WORD PRESS SUPPORT TEAM IS ON A HOLIDAY. MY WORST NEW YEAR YET!!
I WANT MY REFUNDS & I WANT MY DOMAIN! I PROTEST!!!
