Low cost transportation and irrigation in Indian villages

Irrigation had developed in the Harappan Civilization by around 4500 BCE. Sugarcane is believed to have originated from India and parts of New Guinea at around the same time. India has given the world its sweetness. Naveen and Rakesh recently presented a seminar on the local technologies used in transportation and irrigation used in their villages.

They explained the construction and working of some innovative local machines which are in use for thousands of years in India. They had done some exhaustive research in the field, and presented this. Watch the video below-
